Fishing Tournament Baits The Hook With $25K Prize

To attract more anglers and get more lines in the water, organizers of Lake Camanche’s  Second Annual Derby Day turned to Odds On Promotions to insure a $25,000 tagged fish promotion.

“It’s Not Midnight Madness… It’s Ice Jam!”

This Massachusetts college will be holding their Ice Jam again this year!

Ice Jam is a fun-filled annual event which celebrates the start of both basketball and hockey season.  It’s aimed particularly at students and allows them a chance to win college tuition.  With celebrity football players and rappers such as Vanilla Ice, this event was a real hit among the college crowd last year… to say the least!

This year, however, the event coordinators are stepping up their game even further… and insuring a hockey Red Line Shoot-Out promotion through no other than Odds On!  Here’s how it will work:

A celebrity NFL quarterback will throw a signed football into the student section of the stands.  Whoever catches it automatically qualifies to take the hockey shot from behind the red line out on the rink.  If the puck manages to go through the target opening, then that lucky individual will win $50,000 in college tuition, paid for by Odds On Promotions!

Contingency Insurance

‘Contingency Insurance.’  The words sound about as boring as watching paint dry, don’t they?  But, are you aware of how exciting contingency insurance can make your marketing?

Kristen Hansen, Social Media Marketing Assistant with Odds On, is here today to give you 3 examples of contingency insurance and how it can be used to insure a promotion, protect your marketing investment, or create an enticing marketing offer.

Let’s start with a definition … a contingency is a future event or circumstance that is possible, but cannot be predicted with certainty. Events that can be covered by contingency insurance are those which have a likelihood of occuring (or chance) that can be calculated. For example, the likelihood of an amateur making a hole in one while playing golf is 1 in 13,000.

3 NHL Teams Pair Up With Volkswagen To Hold Hockey Promotion!

What do the New York Rangers, Philidelphia Flyers and Washington Capitals all have in common?  All are holding one fabulous hockey promotion which will run all season long… sponsored by Volkswagen!

For the second year in a row, at each hockey team’s respective venue, the Rangers, Flyers and Capitals are running a promotion that’s sure to have fans on their their feet, cheering for a few very lucky contestants!

Football Conditional Rebate Worth $1M… Car Buyer Chooses Team!
