Yousef was one of five contestants randomly selected from the student section, via a “lucky seat” drawing, to participate in the half-time contest during a game between the Virginia Tech Hokies and the Furman Paladins.

The Pass, Punt and Kick contest began behind the endzone with all five students passing the football. The three students that threw the ball the furthest, then got the chance to punt the football. Fairbanks, Alaska – Congratulations to golf contest winner Stewart Thompson of Fairbanks who recently won $5,000 courtesy of Explore Fairbanks and MAC Federal Credit Union and paid for by Odds On Promotions.

Thompson won the cash prize after he rolled a set of 4″ dice and got three “MAC Federal Credit Union” logos during a pre-tournament reception at the Wedgewood Resort in Fairbanks.

The dice roll, which was a new addition to the 19th Annual Morris Thompson Memorial Golf Classic, gave six randomly selected golfers (two on Saturday at the reception, and four on Sunday at the golf course) the chance to roll the dice and win prizes. Had Thompson, or any of the other five contestants rolled three “Explore Fairbanks” logos they would have won $20,000, also to be paid by Odds On.

The tournament was established by the Doyon Foundation and takes place annually at the Chena Bend Golf Course in Fairbanks. Sports Conditional Rebate Leads to $30K in Clothes

Jackson, Miss. – When Tiger Woods won his fifth green jacket at The Masters this April, roughly 200 people received free clothing, courtesy of The Rogue, and paid for by Odds On Promotions in a sports conditional rebate promotion.

For the past few seasons, The Rogue, an upscale men’s clothier in Jackson, has been running a promotion where if Tiger Woods won the Masters, everyone who purchased clothing during the week prior to the tournament, would receive a 100% rebate on all of their purchases.

This year, The Rogue not only made the same 100% rebate offer, they sweetened the deal by giving everyone a 20% discount on all purchases made during the promotional period. The retailer sold just over $30,000 worth of apparel before Woods shot a three-under 69 to claim his fifth green jacket, and Odds On was there to write the check.

Are you looking for a fun and creative way to drive sales this Fall? A sports or weather-based conditional rebate promotion is an effective way to grab attention while giving customers an additional to make a purchase with you … the chance to get a 100% rebate, paid for by Odds On Promotions.

Odds On’s Sister Company Has Million Dollar Shootout Winner

Congratulations to Million Dollar Shootout winner Ted A., who won a $1,000,000 prize courtesy of The Founders Club, LLC, and paid for by Odds On Promotions’ sister company, Hole In One International.

Ted won the million-dollar prize after he and three other golfers all qualified to participate in a post-outing shootout event. But, what makes this story even more incredible, is that 3 of the 4 participants qualified for the shootout by making a hole in one, when getting closest to the pin would have cut it. Watch the congratulatory winner video.

Million Dollar Shootout Winner - Ted

According to Pine Hills Country Club policy, when a member in the Hole In One Club makes an ace, the country club hosts an outing and a dinner to recognize the acemaker’s achievement.

This past September, during such a recognition outing, Reed Schmidt of The Founders Club, LLC sponsored a million-dollar shootout contest.

Outing participants could qualify for the million dollar shootout by getting closest to the pin on a designated par 3. As it turns out, a truly unbelievable total of three players qualified by making a hole in one, while Tom qualified with closest to the pin.

But, the story doesn’t end there… when it came time for the big bucks, Ted who has a 7.1 handicap, hit another hole in one during the actual shootout event… leading to the 4th ace of the day – and better still – scoring the million dollar prize.
