Fargo, N.D. – Former pro golfer Tyler Obermueller of Hudson, Wisc. aced himself a brand new Mercedes Benz this summer, courtesy of WE Ortho and Pediatric Dentistry, and paid for by Odds On Promotions’ sister company, Hole In One International, during a hole in one promotion.

Obermueller won the stunning new ride after he aced the 160 yard 12th hole at the Fargo Country Club during the Open Wide Open Golf Scramble with an 8-iron.

Obermueller, a sales representative with the dental supply company Henry Schein, regained his amateur status in 2011 and had only played a couple of rounds this year before being asked to play in the Open Wide event.

According to Obermueller, “I was just trying not to embarrass myself and have a good time.” Obviously, he was successful in achieving his goal during this hole in one promotion.

The Open Wide Open Golf Scramble benefits the Red River Valley Dental Access Project, which provides funds for emergency dental care.

This was Obermueller’s 2nd hole in one.
