The El Toro Bowl is back! On behalf of Time Warner Cable, title sponsor of El Toro Bowl in Yuma, Arizona, PRIMETIME Sports is coordinating  the “Go Long Challenge”, a half-time promotion during the National Junior College Football Final on December 3, 2011 where a lucky fan will get the chance to win $250K, paid for by Odds On Promotions.

After being on hiatus since 1972, the El Toro Bowl is up and running once again!  A premier NJCAA bowl game in the late 1960s and early 1970s, the El Toro Bowl will host the NJCAA National Championship game between the Arizona Western College Matadors and the East Mississippi Community College Lions on December 3.  And what game it promises to be! This is the second matchup between these two programs.  While this will be EMCC’s first ever national championship game,  EMCC defeated AWC 27-14 in the 2009 Mississippi Bowl, what’s more, AWC is seeking their second national championship in three appearances and the last time the Matadors claimed the title it was at the last El Toro Bowl!

While the on-field fireworks are sure to please the crowds, before the start of the game, Time Warner Cable will welcome fans with free giveaways and raffles for all of those who attend.  What’s more, during the game, one lucky fan  will be randomly selected to throw a football through a target for a chance at winning $250,000, courtesy of Time Warner Cable and paid for by Odds On Promotions!
